  • IMMIGRATION

    Regardless of your current status, we will walk you through the complexities of applying for immigration benefits.

    We provide family-based and employment-based immigration services, including marriage-based visas, fiance visas, DACA, employment authorizations (EADs), naturalization, Labor Certifications, employment-based visas, and visas based on U.S. business investments or potential purchases of U.S. enterprises.

    We specialize in representing youth under the age of 21 years in Utah juvenile court proceedings who have been abused, abandoned, or neglected, and who may be in removal proceedings.

    We will do all we can to determine what immigration benefits may be available to you or your family members to promote family unity.

  • WORKERS COMPENSATION

    If you have been injured at work, we can help you understand your rights and the best way to navigate a Worker’s Compensation claim, based on an industrial injury or the development of an industrial disease, and preserve your rights based on potential future complications.

    We will facilitate and ensure that your employer and employer’s insurance company fairly compensate you following an industrial injury, missed work, and any necessary medical expenses.

    Regardless of your immigration status, you may be eligible for Workers’ Compensation benefits following an industrial injury or industrial disease derived from your employment.

  • VICTIMS OF ABUSE

    Federal laws protect victims of physical, mental, or psychological abuse, regardless of immigration status. You may be eligible for immigration benefits based on the following

    Victim of a crime: If you have been a victim of certain types of crimes, or are the parent or other direct relative of a victim, and you have been helpful to law enforcement during an investigation of a crime, you may be eligible for a U visa.

    Elderly abuse: If you are or have been a victim of physical, mental, financial, or emotional abuse by your adult children. spouse, or others.

    Spouse abuse: If you are or have been a victim of abuse by a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident spouse.

    Human trafficking: Victims of human trafficking or sex trafficking are protected by federal immigration laws. Report any suspicious behavior. Victims may be eligible for a U or T visa.

Employees, regardless of immigration status, who have been injured on the job can recover lost wages, medical expenses, disability payments, and costs associated wtih rehabilitation and retraining.
